Review summary

Will not sail again in this ship. Hopefully the older ships have not changed. Carnival seems to have changed their target market to first time cruisers that don’t know anything else.

Embarkation

Cabin keys were for wrong passengers. It took a long time to get our key cards and we got the other passenger’s correspondence for 2 days . Our items we pre ordered including excursion tickets never came and I had to get duplicate tickets printed.

Menus in Dino g room limited and not good. Same food menu in buffet. A piece of glass was in the beef carpicio salad.

We had a paid upgrade the day before sailing, our friends did as well. They had no key cards. We visited guest services to get it straightened out 4 times. Not a fake review. We have had good experiences on Carnival in the past. This one was awful.

It sounds like a fake review If the key cards were wrong the guest services would have reissued new cards.

This is sad to hear. We sail on Panorama February 22. This is Carnival's last chance to prove themselves to us after our horrible experience on the Pride 2 years ago. We had always had a good experience with Carnival up until our last cruise, which was our 6th with them. I debated booking with Princess this time around, but am excited to check out the new ship. I'm sorry you had a bad experience. I'm hoping they're just working things out, since they're a brand new ship, most likely with a lot of new staff.

I agree with you. Was on Panorama Dec 28th. It caters to families and children with all the new bells and whistles( trampoline park. Sky ride). That's why the comedy club doubles as the nightclub. The main showroom also doubles as a dance floor, chairs instead of row seats. I am not a fan.
