Review summary

I am going to take this whole section to recognize ELZA BILJESKOVIC. She made our entire cruise. She is unbelievably talented, she was so caring, she loved my family like her own. She was so professional, and also had her heart open to our needs and wants. She encouraged memories for us to take home. She was never pushy, only gentle and caring. I wish for her to be publicly commended, because she deserves more than I could write here. She is the reason I will go back and I will be looking forward to her creating more memories for my family every year. I will be staying in contact with her to find when her cruises are, so we can get on her ship. If she is able to get a raise or a bonus, please consider that as I will be thrilled to know she is praised for her work and her personal attention to us. Thank you Elza, you are one of a kind. The world needs more of you, it would be a better and more beautiful place.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Food was OK, we missed having ice cream at 2am,but it made sense to save costs and waste. Melany in dining was such a treasure. She was so kind and gave us hugs when she saw us.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Trampoline park, waterslides, mini golf, arcade games were fun (way to pricey) Casino was a lot of fun. All things we enjoyed so much.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
We loved Gilbert in the piano lounge, all musical performances in Havana lounge were incredible. MARTY THE CRUISE DIRECTOR IS PERFECT. My kids love him, still talking about how cool and fun he was

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
We love Marty. Kids didn't want to go to the club, but they loved the trampoline park.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
NYOMAN IS A TRUE KING! we loves him so much, and I hope he gets recognized for being so kind, and caring. He is outstanding and we appreciated his hospitality. Please also praise Kuhle (photography) as he was so excited to see us, knew our names, offered photos every time we saw him. He was awesome.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
All areas were very clean, with handwashing stations in many locations

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We loved it. It was so fun to have the cabin turn into a bunk bed and large bed. We might get a balcony next time just to see the difference

Ship tip

Get the photos, they'll last you forever

Unless you comment on the email you get right after the cruise, nobody sees this from management.

Great trip you had. First, 5,000 people are on ships..not boats.
