Review summary

Despite it taking so long to get on and off the ship, our overall experience was very positive!

Embarkation

3 out of 5
Embarkation was delayed because of the previous group. We stood in a long line

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Nice dining room. Good specialty restaurants. Lido Marketplace food showed a lack of variety from day to day, which was disappointing.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Sky Ride was great. Nice to have lots of activities to do. Enjoyed the art auction also.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Musicians were great! We especially enjoyed the singer/guitarist (Rob?). The ship’s singers/dancers put on phenomenal shows!

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Great service! Shout out to our steward Jeffrey. Also shout out to waiter Carlo.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Liked the layout. Everything was kept clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Steward did a fantastic job! Cabin itself was quite small and definitely could have used more outlets - especially by the nightstands (there were none). Wished there was more drawer space.

Ship tip

Don’t miss any of the nightly shows! Definitely try the Sky Ride.

Disembarkation

3 out of 5
After exiting the ship and going through customs we were soon in a huge room. We found our luggage just fine, but then there appears to be several lines explanation of where to go. It turned out we we were in one gigantic line with no signs of where to go. Very confusing!

Duh! Inside cabins on most ships ARE small. Seems to be the story with Panorama, slow boarding because of either late in or slow clearing of the prior folks (we do wait for the last disembarkation group to be called ourselves).
