This is a good value cruise. Our goal was more to read / relax than be overly active, and so at times we stayed on the ship during port visits ... especially since we had been to all these stops before. I would do it again, which I guess is the best recommendation.

Good things first 😀. Staff and food were amazing. The ports were very nice as well. Negative marks - ship was very old. One of the two pools was closed the majority of the cruise, hot tubs did not work. Constant work on pipes right outside our cabin door, then entire cruise. In fact, one day the water was shut off for 5 hours. It was too crowded. But, I loved spending time with my family and visiting the ports.

Loved the staff..they were great..older ship but loved the way it was done..food just blah..playlist entertainers were not good and I hate saying that because they work so hard..casino staff was great..we had a great time

Everything about the cruise was just about what I thought it would be. It took a little bit longer than I anticipated to get through customs.

No water in cabin for first day of cruise, cabin was dirty , furnitures were broken, food was bad, most of staff were rude

Older and smaller ship than others I have been on. Staff are friendly and helpful. Not as many options and amenities as others. Perfect for people looking for easy access and simple relaxation. Awesome ports of a call and locals appreciate the business

The way you treat adults on this cruise is ridiculous, your alcohol policy is tremendously overpriced, an unreasonable

The service at the restaurant 1st dining table 191! Waiter Mr.T and all others were very hard workers and very pleasant and happy people! The pool side activities where none to awful! Music at the pool was awful! Only Jamaaican music! No pop no Spanish music! The singers in the Theater sang off key and worse shows I have ever seen on a cruise! I have been on 6 now! The Comedy shows were good but only 30 minutes long! Sea days were quiet and boring! No fun ship with this activity crew! Disapointing!

Ship seemed older than last time on it. Needs to get a face lift. Casino and casino staff was a lot of fun

To many sales pitches, to many photographers pushing their product. Room phone didn’t work ,I fixed it staff didn’t believe it was not connected properly.

Just to start out, we cruise a lot and have been on many ships. Loved this itinerary. Great ports of call. Especially if you like water sports and snorkeling. Crew was great. Ship very worn in common areas needs an update. Pool chaises worn and stained. Pool towels very worn and raggedy. Food ok. Dining room food was cold so we switched to the buffet. Our room was great very large. Bring your own blow dryer. Not powerful enough to style hair. Ok ship if you can get a deal .

We had a great time on the Carnival Miracle! Everything was amazing from the food to service to the entertainment. Frankie, Andy and crew was awesome! Our room stewert, Rolan was very tentative.

This is an old ship that was recently renovated although you would never know it. Upon entering the ship it looked like it hadnt been properly cleaned. There was garbage on the pool deck and lido dining room and I was one of the 1st people allowed to board the ship. Pool water was dirty one day one and the serenity adult pool was so dirty, water cloudy and bugs floating in it that i had to complain to guest services before anyone change the water. I been on this western cruise many times but i think i would travel on this boat again due to its age. the only good thing about the miracle is the fact that there was only 2000 passengers so you didnt have to fight to get a deck chair around the pool.

Food excellent, service excellent, crew friendly, hard working , pleasant and helpful. Disembarkation for walking off with luggage was extremely confusing.

Had a wonderful time. No complaints here. Love Carnival line.

Ports of call were very clean and well designed. People were friendly. Service staff onboard was simply amazing! Entire ship was very clean and we enjoyed the Serenity pool area very much! Food was delicious and portions were perfect! Loved loved loved this cruise!

My first cruise. It was a birthday celebration with 3 friends. Very enjoyable! Loved having our own private balcony.

Be prepared for the passenger muster drill--it takes 30 minutes and everyone stands on deck, pressed against each other and waits until everyone's accounted for. You can't really see the safety jacket demonstration unless you are in the front row. All ports of call except Belize City were excellent. If you plan to do a nature excursion in Belize be aware the roundtrip is 2 hours. If you plan to just tour Belize City by foot, keep in mind the tour guides and merchants greeting you at the port are aggressive and pushy--moreso than the other ports of call. My husband and I just wanted to do a walking tour and we were constantly approached by multiple people pitching the same tour or drugs. We rented a scooter in Cozumel and were free to do the island loop on our own--it was so much fun! We stopped by a beautiful beach, a reggae bar, a tequila tour and the ruins--this was not a tour package! We just rented the scooter for $25 and went to these locations ourselves! Roatan was also beautiful--we found a great tour guide to take us and another couple around the island on ATVs for a great price! If you ever go down to Roatan look up Dwayne/Stephano Bodden! His company is start-up and he's an excellent guide and felt like he was a friend/part of the group :). Grand Cayman had the most beautiful, clear water. We did a bus tour of the island and got to see volcanic rock formations, did a rum cake tour, visited Hell, and finished up the tour with a few hours' relaxation on Seven Mile Beach. It was great! One thing I noticed (in comparison to previous cruises) was that the crew on this cruise were not as friendly and helpful. The guy in charge of our cabin was very nice; but some of the drink servers seemed disinterested and didn't seem to have a clue other than fetching drinks. One drink server girl in particular in the nightclub answered every question (besides a request for a drink) with, "I don't know, I just started working here" while shrugging her shoulders. We saw several different people going up to her and asking her questions and each time, she'd shrug her shoulders. My husband and I gave her the nickname "I dunno". There was another drink server/bartender that skipped over us several times while approaching other guests who were sitting right next to us. We just gave up and went to another bar. Still another crew member was very short and didn't even bother to smile when answering a question my husband had about where the laundrette was. So I would say 50% of staff seemed friendly and helpful, but 50% were the opposite. In comparison to previous cruises, the staff and crew usually will go above and beyond to make you feel special (even if you know it's an act and they are working you for a good tip!)! However, that did not ruin the fun we had on the cruise; and the wonderful new friends we made :) Overall, I would recommend this cruise!

Customer service could use a facelift, they were working on deck 3 directly below our room a lot of pounding while we were trying to relax and nap which woke us up, we made several phone calls to customer service and they finally came up to our room to experience the extremely LOUD noises from the crew working on deck 3, dirty silverware in the dining room, some of your bartenders were less attentive on waiting on us and more interested in socializing, after waiting 5-10minutes we finally went somewhere else. When we settled our bill we inquired about shuttle services from the port to the airport, he said that the cost for two of us would be $44.00, when we met with the shuttle service person at the port we asked how much they would charge for 2 people and she said it would cost $22.00 that’s double what the customer service representative on carnival cruise, pretty sad that you employ people to lie to your guests for financial gain.
