Review summary

This is a good value cruise. Our goal was more to read / relax than be overly active, and so at times we stayed on the ship during port visits ... especially since we had been to all these stops before. I would do it again, which I guess is the best recommendation.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

Deli area with sandwiches for lunch was great. Main dining room a little disappointing ... good but not great.

Entertainment

We went to the Getaway Island cast production show and did not return for other shows as it was not good. Comedians were pretty good. If you like karaoke ... some good and (more) bad ... it's offered quite a bit.

Ship tip

The Red Frog Pub has occasional happy hour deals with half price drinks ... including buckets of beer. So you can buy a bucket (or two) and take back to the room, where the room steward was good about keeping iced down for later days.

We have done cave tubing here before and loved it. We were going back this visit, which is a good thing since we heard the excursion was cancelled due to high river levels.

Mahogany Bay, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras

We had been here before and weren't impressed, but it has had significant upgrades and is much nicer now. We went on something called a pirates, birds, monkey tour at Gumbalimba park and really enjoyed that visit. (Note: my wife loves monkeys, so that helps!)

George Town, Grand Cayman

Only about a $5 cab ride to nice beaches BUT be prepared to shell out $10 each for chairs, $12 for an umbrella, and pay high prices for food / drink is you partake! The beach itself is excellent.
