Well this would be for the customer service line on 3 mid. They need to have more customer assistance so there's not such a long line all the time.maybe having assistance of calling in because we tried calling in and there was no answer.

Arrive early for lunch. Make sure your room is cool when you arrive or demand a room change. Many people said the rooms were warm at night.

The buffet food was just barely ok. The food was Luke warm at best . Dry and cold.

Cabins do not have USB ports like some ships. However there is one on the t.v. It must be turned on to work.

Don't pack as much as you think you need, trust me you will not need it all. And call ahead of time and ask as many questions as you possibly can, because there is a serious lack of direction and it was very confusing as a first time cruiser.

Stay on the 10th floor, the room is so close to everything outside. It was awesome!

If the Serenity Deck is too quiet for you but the main lido is too loud, try aft Tides bar. Great service and views back there.
