This cruise was planned to release my parents urns in Saint Thomas as Carnival Corporate and Carnival Magic assured us would happen. On the morning of the service we were told is was NOT going to happen and that we needed to accept that!!! This is after we exhaustively made sure we did EVERYTHING they told us to do. They took our money and made a complete mockery of their last wish to be released in Saint Thomas.

Food and Dining
1 out of 5
The breakfast served on the Lido deck never changed it was the same every day. The dining room menu only the starters changed not the main dishes. Same food on the Lido deck everyday for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Long gone are the days that Carnival was always feeding you. Now you are waiting in LONG lines for mediocre food.
Onboard Activities
1 out of 5
Adult only area overran with children, the ropes course was closed the entire week and the activities were a gimmick to charge you more money. Carnival used to plan activities with guests to participate and enjoy for free.
Entertainment
1 out of 5
Who had time to attend a show, the main shows were scheduled @ 8:30, so if you have an 8:15 dinner time. Don't plan on seeing any of the shows. We did skip dinner one night and ate on the Lido deck (HUGE mistake) and watched a show. Best I can say is Amusement Parks have better entertainment.
Service and Staff

I myself have taken several Carnival cruises. What happened to the turn down bed service with chocolate? What happened to a huge selection of food? What happened to replenishing your towels after heading to dinner.
Ship Quality
1 out of 5
WORST Carnival ship I have been on. Even one of the staff shared that the Magic was the first one made and they learned all their mistakes from the design of this ship.
Cabin / Stateroom

I myself have taken several Carnival cruises. What happened to the turn down bed service with chocolate? What happened to replenishing your towels after heading to dinner. They running joke used to me you get up and go to the bathroom in the middle of the night and you come back and your bed is made. Good Luck with that. You MAY see your cabin steward once and they barely understand you.
Had arranged with Carnival Guest Services to have my parents urns released in Saint Thomas. EVEN after getting permission coordinated by Shineca who coordinates these activities - we were told the morning of the service "It was NOT going to happen, and we needed to accept that". We asked for alternatives and were given NONE. Carnival took our money and we had to charter a private boat to carry out our parents last wishes.
Wow, most bizarre fake review ever scene on here. How do like the urn story for the first act. Burial at sea and spreading of the ashes!!! Wow these type of people walk amongst us!!!
