The only issues we had were in regards to our luggage and faster to the fun . Has we not cruised before, we wouldn’t have known to mention FTTF. Our luggage wasn’t received until 6 pm and it was destroyed. Igor, the floor supervisor, told us incorrect information. I confronted him about it days later and he was purely a jerk. The guest services, Olga, wasn’t much better. She offered us a bottle of wine, we had the cheers package, or a dinner at the Italian place-there were 13 in our group and we ate together every night, rather than refunding is our lost money for the FTTF. We got it for 2 reasons-early embarking and getting our luggage early. Our friends without FTTF were on the ship earlier than us. They were also off the ship earlier than us. What’s the point of purchasing it if they are going to give the perk to everyone?!?!
In regards to our luggage, she gave me a letter stating I need proof that it’s not fixable. I don’t even know where to go to get this. The experience left a bad taste in my mouth

Lido food was good. Would love if the misc restaurants stayed open longer. You had to really monitor times to get a burrito. The southern lights dining food left a lot to be desired. I order a filet minion that was inedible. Maybe nights there were dood options that didn’t make sense. One night I had a pumpkin and tomato pot pie. It was as weird tasting as it sounds.
Onboard Activities

Did not use the pools. They were small and crowded. Basketball courts were constantly full with foul mouthed men playing basketball. There were soccer goals but you could never get to them. They had a few soccer games but limited them to adults so the teenagers who should have been allowed to play, couldn’t. There should have been more fun activities for the 16-18 year olds but there was nothing.
Entertainment

We didn’t get to go to many of the shows but what we did go to, the singers were entertaining but wow, they couldn’t sing well. They were off key, or singing out of their range ability. It was painful. There were 2 ladies that sang frequently, in the atrium, and they were horrible.

Staff was out of this world. Our server was world class. Cruise director was hilarious. Our room steward was great. The bartenders could have been more friendly but there was one, in the alchemy bar, in which I wish I would have remembered her name. She was fantastic!!

Just like the other ships we had been on. They do need a tougher vacuum to get sand out of the floor but otherwise fine.
After many cruises we have been on , I have always said an area for all night breakfasts should be open , the cooks are around all night , so let's have a late night breakfast !!
I also had fttf and had problems 2 months ago. Our luggage was not delivered until dinner time and that was with us wasting our time and hounding them. However in my case they refunded our fttf money without even asking them to. We kept our privileges throughout the cruise even with the refund.
I had a problem with FTTF on the Magic as well. Straight to my room and bags were there. However, have mother-in-law in a wheelchair and could not get any assistance getting on or off the ship.
You shuldnt have had to inform them u had fttf if u have it then it is printed on ur boarding pass and luggage tags so it can b seen when sorting. Sorry ur luggage was actually damaged tho. U shuld b able to submit pics and an email to corporate to have that addressed. We love fttf until u reach platinum its a great option.
I thought it only gives you early entrance to your room. We have never gotten our luggage early. Sheeeeeewt maybe I need to read that fine print again! Did you get to tender priority?
