My first cruise... I want to go again... The food was beyond belief. Very impressed with the staff. No sourpusses... everybody truly seemed like they were very happy to be there!! Had 10 adult family members in our group...

Room steward was GREAT... Joseph in northern lights dining room made our dinners the best possible experience. overall all staff I encountered had GREAT attitude, very polite and helpful... seemed like they were very happy to be there

very clean... interesting how they continually did maintenance. Even though some of the music and entertainment was very loud and not my thing... when we moved out of the area... it was quite... our cabin was VERY quiet. we were near the front of the ship and on 12th deck... there wasn't much motion in our cabin... the gentle motion was very comfortable and soothing... no problems... very stable overall...

Very clean... well laid out... very nice balcony... great bathroom... shower plenty big.... good storage shelves etc...nice closets and drawers etc... very comfortable bed...
Ship tip
Be sure to find the "secret decks" 9 forward on port side... has a Great deck across front of ship... has 2 compass repeaters... also can go to deck 10 from there and there was a real gimble compass... The Thalasso therapy pool in the spa was wonderful!! Also... be sure to find the elevator that goes from deck 11 to 15 (serenity deck)... made life easy for us....
fairly easy... had no problems... the lines just got backed up... overall good... The porters at baggage claim were great. going through customs was quick and easy...
