Review summary

disappointed in the main restaurant...food and staff! we are usually made to feel special...and the food made us sick at times! My birthday was not acknowledged at all..usually I get a small cake and song ....spa coupon & etc. ....nothing this year! we traveled the last several times with Carnival..but im actually thinking of looking at other cruise lines for next year! thank you!

disappointing ....usually the waiters are really friendly and interact with us...very blah this year! and food was not as good as other times! we usually (especially my mom) never miss a trip to dinner...this year we missed 2-4 !

I've been on several cruises and this time most of the staff were not friendly..would not speak or smile! the guy at the excursion desk was great..not sure what his name was...sorry! Our steward (Oscar) was great! and most of the stewards we passed in the halls were friendly!

So you're upset because your birthday wasn't acknowledged?! Maybe they were going to do it on one of the days you decided to skip dinner since you missed "2-4"?!

Maybe they didn’t know it was your birthday. If no one tell them, how would they know. Our PVP always ask if we are celebrating anything . Besides buy a cake and have it brought to your table.

They didn't acknowledge my wife and I anniversary in the mdr with a cake like times before, but we did get a $50 spa coupon at least, but you can't get your back scratched for $50 in the spa! Of course my wife bought into the bait and put $100 with the coupon for a massage. Oh well it's vacation and you can't take it with you when you die.
