Enjoyed cruise because we had not been to Western Caribbean. Probably will never go back. We will continue to enjoy Eastern or other location. he ship provided excellent entertainment and staff was so nice. We rarely use buffet due to crowds. We like small eating areas. We did enjoy late evening snacks. Ports were fine but are use to larger ports.

Dining room service with Iman, Warren and Kirill were excellent! Food was timely and great. The only issue was a child that continued to scream the entire trip. It really made our dining experience a challenge. Talked with Manager several times but I guess it could not be helped. One evening it was so bad we left early. Enjoyed the salad and small taste bars on deck 5. Guys Hamburger and Mexican bar was excellent except we missed the chips and cheese dip that have been on other ships. Pizza not so good.

Iman, Kirill and Warren provided excellent dining room service. Teresa at the Red Pub was excellent. Didn't see our room steward much but that the correct approach with us. He maintained our room wonderfully.

Ship layout was the usual for Carnival. Staff was always cleaning. Really liked the way they were always wiping the hand rails.

Board early and enjoy. Embark last to avoid lines.
Enjoyed the Cosumel. We did take an excursion but the driver did not have a mic so it was very difficult to hear him. Over all it was good. Did report mic problem to excursion desk.
Our excursion was wonderful due to our guide. Think her name was Mel. And the guide at ruins was excellent. Ran over time but was well worth the money.
