Probably my first and last. Felt should have been offered a refund when original itinerary was changed, I also think it should have been discounted or on board credits given. I know another family that was upgraded to this cruise from a 5 day cruise. Paying less for their trip than I paid and also received free parking at the terminal, another $128:charge. Took a cruise because didn't want to go to Mexico and ended up having itinerary changed to having 2 ports there. My daughter had her debit number stolen at Cozamel and cleaned out her bank account. What's not to like!!

Main dining room was nice, the food was good, not a lot of variety. The buffet was mediocre, poor selections of entrees, very little vegetables other than salad. Quality not the best. Burger place was good, bar n que restaurant fair, the food was cold and not very flavorful. Pizza was ok, poor selections.

The waitress and waiters were excellent, very friendly and attentive. Our room steward did an exceptional job, making sure everything was taken care of. He was very friendly and called us by name.

Did not want to go to Mexico, that is why I booked this cruise I booked in the first place only to have it changed. The people at the port were very pushy, trying to sell you things.
This was my favorite stop. The atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. Had nice shops and the salespersons were not pushy, I would like to go back there again.
Again, I did not want to go to Mexico and ended up having 2 stops there. It was very crowded and congested. The people pulled you into there shops and would not let you leave. Very forceful in pushing their goods on you.
Other than waiting to leave when we really didn't need to, all went very smoothly. When we got back to the port, we utilized one of the fellas with a cart to take out our luggage. No wait at all, was out and gone before many were out off the ship.
Your cruise contract clearly states that ports can and will be changed for safety of guest and crew. When you cruise during storm season ports can change.
Sorry you did not get the vacation you wanted. If you book a cruise in the future I would not book during storm season.
I believe rule #1 is you don’t use a debit card in another Country. Not the first time these same posts have been made in past months, sorta appears to be a troll!
When you book a cruise you have to have an open mind and remember "itineraries are subject to change". If you're determined to going to specific ports then your best bet is to do a resort and fly there or don't book during hurricane season.
