Review summary

It was an ok trip. Was disappointed in a few things of the trip. The staff overall was friendly but didn't seem like they all knew anything you would ask them where something was or how to do something you either got 3 different answers or I Don't Know sorry. The Debarkation was horrible took forever to get through the lines and back out. Wouldn't go thru Port Canaveral anymore and would not definitely go back on this ship again.

The Embarkatio part was good fast and easy. But ended up getting separated from our group even though we explained that we were all a group they separted us into different lines.

Food and Dining

The food was ok most of the time ended up with a lot of heart burn and didn't feel great after eating. The buffets didn't have much of a change in the menu at all. Dining room was nice The waitor we had in the dinning room was very good paid close attention to what we needed. If there was something we requested always tried to have it for us.

Pools, splash pad for kids they were a lot of fun.

When my 2 year daughter would stay in the Camp Ocean she enjoyed it they did a lot of projects that were nice to take home.

Service and Staff

Waiters good room steward good. Any staff that we would run into always tried to say hello to us and our daughter they always tried to play with her a little bit.

The ship was as clean as expected but the design stunk you couldn't get everywhere you needed to go unless you went up 1 flight and then took the main elevators it took forever to get anywhere on the ship the lay out was yucky.

Ship tip

Be prepared to take the stairs not able to use the elevators half the time not enough to compensate the amount of people on board with a 2 year old hard to walk up 4 flights of stairs./

Horrible never had so many issues getting off the ship before they only had 3 customs clerks it was ridiculous

I love sailing out off Port Canaveral. We've never had any issues. Sorry your experience wasn't pleasant.

I hate you had a bad experience getting off the ship. I went through Port Canaveral last year and it didn't take long to get through customs. Most people stopped at the first line they came too (which was really long). We walked further down and found a line with only a few people in it.
