We had a great time on the ship. If the a/c worked better all would be great. But they did make up for it with a 500.00 on board credit on our next cruise.

On this cruise our cabin on deck one had an issue with the a/c. was not cooling room. Staff came in every day. could not fix and gave us a huge fan that just pushed hot air around. On the 2nd to last day of cruise they wanted us to room change. for one night really. But they did give us a 500.00 credit on the next cruise. Thanks

We were in cabin 9356 we also had family in 2 other cabins on the same floor we all had bad a/c it was around 78-80! They gave us all a loud fan and that's it !!!!!

I am so worried about the AC. I get heat sickness really bad because of a disorder I have.

Well they didn't make it up to us .... and we spent more time at the customer service desk than having fun to only get 150 for on ship photos or spa which we didn't even want !!!
