Review summary

The crew could have done a better job of keeping us at port and planning our new itinerary. It seemed as if Carnival was trying to save money by not staying on port.

Service and Staff

Samidi my room steward treated my family with excellence. Always a smile and always a greeting by first name. He new my autistic nephew's name, which made us feel like he deeply cared for us. Brito one of our servers had a great smile and made sure that all our needs were taken care off. If not for these two employees the changes, the uncertainty and the lack of planning by the captain and management would have overwhelmed us.

Don't know what port you speak of but if it was due to one of the storms I believe you will find that most ships are put to sea for the safety of the ship, crew, passengers and the ports.
