Review summary

the cabins need to have intercom systems that work, we had to open the door to hear announcements. they painted the outside of the balcony and the smell was bad we couldn't enyoy the balcony one day

Only critical announcements get piped into cabins. Some people want a nap or are nursing a hang over and don't want to hear them. Falls into the "can't please everyone" category.
