Review summary

We always had to wait in line to eat.  And up to 20 minutes.  The lay out of the food did not make sense therefore adding to the length of the line.  Shows were disappointing.  Smoke from casino penetrated into other rooms.  Pools were small.  Long line for ropes course.  Food was not great.  I have cruised 7 times and this by far was the worse experience.  Not sure if it was carnival or this ship. I am not cruising on carnival again.

That's what I schedule a time instead of doing "my time." It seems like everyone just goes at the same time and stands in line.

The key to long lines is timing. I plan my breakfast for opening time when there are short lines. My wife likes to sleep in so she has a late breakfast on the other side of heavy times. Rope course will have light times if you plan your schedule with that in mind. Excursions are fun but so is staying onboard when most passengers are off ship. 16th cruise coming up January 2018 on Magic with former classmates and friends.

I loved my cruise on the magic. We never had more than a 10 min wait for food.

Glad to hear, you won't be cruising Carnival anymore!! I've taken at least 10 Carnival cruises and loved everyone of them. Maybe, another cruise line would suit you better but, I doubt it, since they are all about the same. You complained about everything, no pleasing you huh?
