"balcony" stateroom wasn't! Expected the added cost of a balcony room would be located over the water as we have enjoyed on several different cruises on different cruise lines. this one was located above the Promenade deck with a hot tub directly below our "balcony".No privacy/enjoyment when using the "balcony" as the hot tub was usually full of loud,partying people at all times of the day & night.
