Review summary

The staff was great on Carnival Liberty. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I think they did an excellent job on keeping over 3000 people fed, clean, entertained and happy.

The ship was spotless. They were really great about cleaning up in more than a timely manner.

Cabin / Stateroom

We had a wrap around balcony and the room and the balcony was great! Only problem was that sometimes we would find food on our balcony that had been thrown overboard on upper levels by other guests. But these were cleaned up every day.

I think I would have enjoyed it more if we arrived during the day instead of later in the evening. It made for a very long day.

Don't Miss: The bioluminescence was nice but was not what I had expected.

We had a great tour guide who made the whole experience a wonderful one. We took a tour from a local company and he showed us the good/bad and was very accomadating to everyone on the bus when we all had different agendas.

The Atlantis is pretty good to visit but too expensive for the $120/day visit on the grounds. Maybe if we had more time at the port.

Don't Miss: For great bargain shopping, don't miss the Straw Market next to Senor Frogs.

Pros: The staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful at all times!

Cons: The shower curtains were not long enough, it caused a flood everytime we took a shower.
