The eception here is the excellent cruise director John. Very entertaining.

The only exception to this was the hassle that we were put through tring to resolve a shore excursion double biling issue at the pursers desk. They insisted that even though they could bill on the ship that they could not provide a credit. They finally agreed to credit. We will see when our credit card bill arrives.

Old walled city is very nice. Only negitive is that almost every building has been turned into tourist trap shops.

Monaco was beautiful and is a must see. Monte Carlo casino was interesting but unless your a high roller gambler the sites were really all that there was to do here

Florence is great. The history and building are great. Fantastic tour guide,Luka Pisa was interesting but the tower along with the church and baptistry are the only interesting sites here. the village is crawling with tourist trap stands

Teromina and Mt Etna was fantasic.scenery is excellent. A conoli in Teromina is a must. (it was invented here.)

Very nice. The only disapointment was the gondola part of the tour. we got about 15 minutes in the gondola with 6 poeple packed in.I would recommend a option on the shore excursion where more could be paid for a longer and less crowded ride. Murano Island is great.

Cons: We were double billed for shore excursions. It was vwey difficult to get resolved
