Review summary
The ship was outstanding. Can't say enough good about it. The Hotel Staff (booked by Carnival) was rude and we were really disgusted that a tour was listed for the day following our arrival (that's why we came in a day early) and then we were forced to take this tour within an hour of arrival if we didn't want to miss it.. We could have come in 2 days early to get rejuventated to take this tour had we known. This was a really bad start to what fortionately was a fabulous cruise.Ship experiences

Pros: The ship, the staff, the cruise director and the ports of call were all fabulous
Cons: We really were annoyed that after coming in a day early to take the Holy Rome tour on the next day we were forced to take it the day we arrived. We had been up for 26 hours, were jet lagged. The staff was rude and we got off to a poor start.
