The carnival Legend is dated. Older decor, etc.

Nearby cabin(s) were smokers. Continuous cigarette smoke on my balcony made it intolerable to be on the balcony for almost the entire 7 days. The extra $$ spent for the balcony room was a waste.

Ship tip

If you are a non-smoker, consider a cruise line that enforces no smoking areas more seriously. If you are a smoker, get a balcony room and enjoy smoking outside on your balcony without any hassles.

I spoke to guess services about the A/C in my room it was not working 4days later they came to fix it. I also spoke to them several times

OMG...I loved Carnival. The staff were so attentive. I can not think of one thing that needed improvement. RC Voyager and the Ovation was great also. Back on Carnival this from Hawaii to Sydney...can't wait.

Did u not do your homework before you booked the (older out dated ship ) you booked it ? Also you handle things on board with guest services i do not believe that nothing was done they are always on top of thingd and follow up with a phone call to your cabin its no good coming home whining about it .. Next time if you want the Queen Mary then pay for it ..

Carnival is a low cost transport to a day of fun on a island. Why would you pay more money to do the same thing? Something to eat and a place to sleep. Enjoy the ride life is way to short.

Once I had a smoker on the balcony next to me. Called customer service. 10 minutes later the problem was solved.

Sorry about the smoking. They definitely should have taken care of that. Call your travel agent or carnival direct. See about some kind of compensation.

Agree. But on my last trip with Carnival, I was pleased with customer service, staff, shows, and to certain point food was ok to good. And for the the price, you can't beat it.
