Review summary

We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and I truly felt like it was marred by the poor dining room experience. This is my 3rd Carnival cruise and the dinner usually is a highlight of the day and is the bulk of where our tips are automatically generated to. None of our servers knew the dance so the long “entertainment” break was more of an annoyance. By far, the dining room service was the worst I’d ever experienced on a Carnival cruise. Sorry, just being honest.

Room service from Putu was excellent. He greeted us by name everyday and offered to get us anything we needed. Dining room service, not so good. One night we waited 25 minutes and never got even so much as a server to offer drinks. We were hungry so we left. The two nights prior, our waiters were mundane, not at all friendly, and only took our order then never came back.

No excursion, just walked all around. Visited the space needle and Pike place market. Dirty!
