Review summary

I was very upset with the service on this ship. We had a suite and it was poorly managed. The clsoet lights did not work the hot tub was broken. The room steward was hardly visible until the last day of the cruise and I am sure that was for an additional tip.

Had a terrible experianace with the photo staff they were very rude and were not helpful when it came to locating certain pictures that they took of us.

The suite was not in the best shape the wood floors were dirty and the bathtub was not in 100% working order
