The port was ok. Don't leave the port gates unless going on an excursion
Don't Miss: You must snorkel the reef, it is the second largest in the world, amazing

I really liked Cozumel. It was sad to see the destruction from Wilma, but the people were friendly and I was very comfortable. Eat at Carlos and Charlie's
Don't Miss: We went horseback riding through some ruins

The people were friendly, not much to do yet as it is an up and coming port, but it was nice and the people are friendly
Don't Miss: Mayan Ruins

Pros: The food, the people, the ship

Cons: nothing
