Go out of your comfort zone and try something on the menu you have never tried before! I tried the alligator fritters!

Get to the grill area early if you want the stir fry for lunch. Lines get long the closer to noon you get. It is a nice fresh way to get a meal you really enjoy - after all - it's your selections!

Try the Mongolian Wok & Fish and Chips, their amazing! Also, try to get a stateroom as close to the Lido deck as possible, it's great for going to breakfast and getting lounge chairs early!

Visit the casino and request a lanyard and a hole for your Sign & Sail on your first night onboard. Crew will be around the casino offering them to passengers. Wear it around your neck when you board or exit the ship for easy access.

Go to breakfast early when ship is in port and you want to make your tour time, since too many people will be there trying to eat at the same time.

If you want a great balcony cabin get 6391 ~ close to everything and you always had a great view of the docking area to people watch. OH ~ if you are a punctuality nut you might want to consider a different ship. We were set to leave ports at 4 PM and lucky to get underway by 5 PM

Try to get a balcony room on the back of the ship. We had 8457 and it was a great view and one deck up was the adults only Lido pool and bar as well as close to the buffet. When going to dinner, make sure you walk all the way forward to get the elevator because the galley blocks entrance.

Breakfast at the buffet was good. We had room service a couple of times and it arrived early but without silverware and other things. The 5th floor really gets you to all sets of elevators. It is always a bit confusing at the beginning of any cruise but that is part of the adventure.

Unless you're swimming with dolphins or zip lining...negotiate with the local taxi drivers to take you on island tours. You'll usually get a better deal on shore.

There is a nice walking track on top of the ship, my husband and I walked several mornings then enjoyed a cup of coffee on the deck and watched the sun come up...beautiful!!

Open seating in the dining room for breakfast, can't beat it!! You can also use the television in your room to book excursions; no long lines.

We liked breakfast in the dining room. Nice pools and hot tubs. Putt putt was fun! Love to watch movies on the deck but weren't good ones showing.

Avoid going thru the promenade area on the way to dinner....to congested, also the smoke from the casino is awful. Eat at guys burgers, they were great and the fries were delicious. we always sat on the 10th deck so we could see the pool and the screen and we got more breeze there also!
