the ship was very clean and orderly. the food was very good and the service was excellent. The crew works very hard to ensure your happiness. There were many activities to keep yourself busy if wanted or a serenity deck for quiet relaxation time.

Not exciting or enough variety of things to do. Overall the crew was not very friendly and not enough places designated to smoke. We paid for a 7 day cruise and really got 5 by the time we got on the ship on Sunday due to the health issue and got into port so early on Sat. Not impressed at all.

Boarding was late because of a norovirus outbreak the prior cruise. But once boarding started, it proceeded like clockwork. After muster, outside, the cruise got more and more pleasant. All excursions were great; best was that at G. Cayman, which we'd booked thru BJ's [not a paid announcement]. Debarking was like clockwork.

If you get a chance to get jerago as waiter you will never for get it along with his attention to detail, he also sings and dances a little show for us. Thanks So much for making our cruise special jerago

Could not beat this cruise for the value.

Preferred Princess over Carnival overall, but was okay, unboarding was a total screw up

Had the service tech at the cabin twice during the first two days of the cruise, he measured the temp. in the cabin at 76 degrees, they were never able to resolve the problem, making for a very uncomfortable 8 days, particularly for sleeping.

The decor was faded and worn looking in the buffet area, but everything was kept clean. Staff/crew were pleasant and friendly, steward was most efficient. There were rumors of many getting ill but not official word. There should be hand sanitizer machines at EACH buffet entry and the entries to all other venues on board. There were three great bands but very little space for dancing, especially trying to use a hall/passageway at the casino to dance to great Latin music. Out of four comedians, one was funny. Food was good, not great, have no idea what was passed off as scrambled eggs. Great chocolate chip cookies. Good milkshakes for purchase.

WE LOVERD THE SHIP, BEAUTUFUL, WELL MAINTANINED, LOTS OF BEAUTIFUL THINGS TO SEE AND LOTS TO DO, SHOWS WERE VERY GOOD. WE LOVED THE ISLANDS WE WENT TO AS WELL.

WE LIKED THE DECOR. THE LAYOUT WAS ALITTLE CONFUSING AT FIRST, BUT WAS STILL EASY ENOUGH TO NAVIGATE AROUND THE SHIP. THE SHIP WAS VERY CLEAN. OUR ROOM WAS ALWAYS MADE UP DAILY AND TONY AMUSED US WITH HIS TOWEL ART. HE WAS GREAT AND ALWAYS HAD A BUCKET OF ICE FOR US DAILY.

Carnival Freedom was a great ship we had a very nice balcony. The activities were fun and exciting and met my expectations. The first day offer to purchase five bottles of premier wine to enjoy during the cruise was a bonus feature for us.

we have cruised with Carnival before and enjoyed the service and quality of food and accommodations we have come to expect. The port visits seemed quite short, but there was plenty to do.

The ship was amazing! It totally exceeded my expectations, as I was a "virgin cruiser". The most amazing thing was that I ran into my mother's best friend (whom I hadn't seen in over 10 years!). The people were friendly, the crew was helpful. The only thing was I wasn't planning on the rain!

We were on the Freedom and it was a great experience. Food was fantastic in the Steakhouse...Highly recommend

Overall a great cruise for the price. Allowing smoking on the Veranda decreased the amount of time we could spend on the Veranda. Smoking on the open deck area decreased the places we could go. If smoking is to be allowed it should be in 1 area and not mixed by side or deck.
