This was the largest ship we have been on to date. We loved it. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. The nightly shows were very good.

Cruising is the way to go! The relaxation, the food, the fun, the beauty...it's the best vacation we have had so far. Of course they are always trying to sell you something like the spa treatments (whicb are wonderful) and jewelry and of course the pictures and drinks. It really didn't bother us, we just bought what we wanted and left the rest. It really became kind of convenient to have places to shop on the ship since our port time wasn't that long.

The ship was clean, the staff was great, the entertainment was good. No compaints.

Bathroom curtain and toilet bowl cleaner were dirty and smelly had to request they be changed. Brought lysol in Key West to spray the bathroom. Cabin location was almost the last one on the last deck of the ship AWFUL.

The cruise was a delightful experience. The multinational service staff was very friendly and helpful. Furthermore, the restaurant ambiance was excellent, as well as the food. On the 11th and 12th decks the ship has an adults only retreat called Serenity. That was a nice place to escape from the crowd and the noise. The ports of call were Key West, FL, Georgetown, Grand Cayman and Ochio Rios, Jamaica. All of those destinations are worth seeing and especially the Cayman Islands. In regards to the ships entertainment a bit more could be desired, but overall the cruise was a wonderful experience.

the shjp was very nice, clean. the wait staff at the pool was alittle pushy.

The cruise was memorable. The entertainment,shows, excursion and dining were great. The staff was pleasant and the ship was elegant. We were told that the ship's staff would recognize our anniversary, but it did not happen. i would have preferred to have more time in Jamaica. Overall, it was a great cruise and we will return in the future.

Ship was great

The worst part of the trip was getting off the boat as the process was not well organized. Information provided to us by ship staff about customs was incorrect. The best staff were the dining staff and the housekeeping staff all other staff wer rude and not friendly or helpful such as gift store staff.

Staff professional yet friendly, rooms were not 'creaky' when at sea, lots of balcony rooms

The ship was clean and the staff were excellent. They addressed us by name, the kept our rooms clean and we always had fresh towels. The food was good. Lots of variety and healthy choices.

My family and myself had wonderful first cruise. The entire staff provided us with excellent hospitality.

The ship's layout is strange. By example, the adults only pool is in the back of the ship while the adult's \"serenity\" area is forward, without a pool and nearby the kid's activity areas. It didn't help that kids jumped into the adult pool, disregarding posted signs and there was no security present to chase them out. If you are going to have adult only amenities, why not place them together rather than forcing an unnecessary choice? I was also peived that my tv remote was never fixed despite request at the beginning of the trip. This ship may well work for young families with noisy and unruly kids allowed to run amok and those adults who care little if they cannot handle their liquor, but i prefer a classier ship like the Celebrity Soltice and the passengers likely to select her.

the ship was nice. the prices for the photos taken were ridiculous. we also couldn't find some of our photos when we went to buy them. they were there the first night and no where to be found the next so that was very disappointing. not sure we would have bought them all anyway because of the outrageous prices. i think everyone would buy them all if they were reasonably priced since there are so many. i also think it was pretty lame that some activities required \"extra fees.\" i mean, i think we paid enough to take the cruise so i don't feel it appropriate it pay extra for fun stuff.

A beautiful ship, if a bit crowded for how large it was. Loved the ports. The crew was one of the best, and this was our 9th cruise. The activities were all fun, the passengers were all a lot of fun as well.

The Freedom is one fairly new and has decent size rooms. There are still some challenges (i.e. design/layout of ship) but overall it is an enjoyable ship to travel on.
