Review summary
The ship's layout is strange. By example, the adults only pool is in the back of the ship while the adult's \"serenity\" area is forward, without a pool and nearby the kid's activity areas. It didn't help that kids jumped into the adult pool, disregarding posted signs and there was no security present to chase them out. If you are going to have adult only amenities, why not place them together rather than forcing an unnecessary choice? I was also peived that my tv remote was never fixed despite request at the beginning of the trip. This ship may well work for young families with noisy and unruly kids allowed to run amok and those adults who care little if they cannot handle their liquor, but i prefer a classier ship like the Celebrity Soltice and the passengers likely to select her.Ship experiences
