Loved our cruise. I could go on about how fabulous it was.  It was the best experience ever.  We  have been spoiled by the Carnival Cruise Line.  The service, food, the crew staff were wonderful.  They made it their business to know us and take care of us.

This was our first cruise ever.  The ship was clean, crew was extremely friendly and helpful, dining room experience was fantastic.  The shore excursions were really fun and a great experience.  The only real complaint is that on leaving the ship after the cruise was over, there was no one to guide you to the proper line to get into for customs.

 My husband and I had never been on a cruise... And let me just say we didn't know what we were missing!!!  It was the best vacation ever!  Can't wait to plan our next one.  Everyone working on the cruise ship Carnival Freedom made us feel like we were their number one priority. The ports were amazing.  We did excursions on every stop and every excursion was more beyond our expections.  

food was great,house keeper were super -super people.My room 2479 was almost unbearable,but the room service and the people that deliver where ingenious by by being on time or very-very close.

Overall, my family and I had a wonderful time on the cruise. I would have gladly given the cruise an EXCELLENT score, but I had a HORRIBLE experience with the Pixel's manager Angie. I purchased a CD on a shore excursion that was supposed to be picked up at the Pixel's store on the ship, but this did not happen. After 3 days of the run around, I was frustrated and Angie did not even try to help me out. She seemed very annoyed with me not wanting to accept a CD of only 13 pictures on it, when I distinctly explained to her that there were many more pictures missing. I did not pay $75 for a CD of 13 pictures that did not include even one of my daughter! Angie had promised to contact the shore excursion to see if something happened with the additional pictures that were missing, and asked me to come back the day that we docked in Galveston. When I went back she proceeded to give me the SAME CD and did not even try to help make the situation right. Instead she argued with me and told me it was not her fault my order was wrong! It was not her problem. She is a horrible manager!

We traveled on Paradise and Liberty  in 2004 and 2013 and enjoyed much better  the whole cruise experience. This one was not as good as the others.Shows at the dinning room were only at the lower level and not on the upper level were we were sitting, so to enjoy the musical shows you have to stand up and live your table in order to see what was going down there. Shows at the big theater were nothing spectacular. No more Carnival good night  milk chocolates on your bed at night. No more midnight buffet. 

This was our first Cruise and we both loved it !  All the staff were the best I've ever seen.  Every thing was Clean-clean-clean. And service was great.  Id recommend  it to anyone young or old. Older one even brought their little scooters !  It was GREAT !

Every year we take a nice cruise to get away from all the problems at work and home.  This last trip on the Freedom was the best so far.  Great staff, food, ports of call, all were just great.

The cruise met expectations.  There was plenty of excess (food, entertainment) and the staff was great. The $5.00/day for network access came across as a nickle-dimer.  Overall the cruise was a good value but be ready to fork out some hefty amounts for the good excursions.

How to begin?....Great ship.... great itinerary....great shore excursions....personnel on board were all super....food was wonderful....days were filled with all kinds of things to do...and nights were even better....the dining experiences were unbelievable.....as were the ports of call

Loved the cruise we will be going on carnival breeze next year trying every carnival cruise every year, but will not get off or ever go back to belize very disappointed. Will not recommend it to no one, carnival should not stop there at all.

We had an excellent time on this cruise. Our excursions were all wonderful!

The snorkeling in Roatan was great on the Jolly Roger Catamaran. The trip to Xunantunich Ruins was amazing and the speed boat trip in the Aqua Twister to  Isla Pasion by Cozumel was exciting and relaxing. We all had a great time.

We had a wonderful time! The entertainment crew was great, I miss Wee Jimmy!The food was very good and we were on time at every port. The only complaint is that the room was underneath the exercise room so we were woken up with the noise but when we complained they took care of it.

The cruise was not unpleasant except for the following, First the debarkation at the ports of call is a horrendous experience at the dock side and tendering,  It took 2 hours in line to get off the ship in Jamaica with a huge argument breaking out among passengers on deck 3 stairs whiting to exit, when tendering at George Town we were so late getting back from our excursion the ship was already leaving port, only one line was available with one machine in use to document leaving the ship.  All or our excursions were through Carnival. When we had early excursions the buffet still opened late not allowing time to eat a morning meal ( as a diabetic I cannot miss meals). the room smelled of smoke even though it is a non smoking ship.

For this being my first cruise with my family,  it was awesome,  too much to see so little time. Boarding the ship was good,  The entertainment was really nice.  THe crew was always cleaning the shipped look new. The food was very good especially Guys burger joint,  the only problem was nothing was open during the last night except for the pizza place and the lines were very long.

I have nothing but great things to say about this cruise, this ship the staff, everything was top notch the entire cruise.  The food was amazing.  The entertainment was great.  The cruise director Jimmy made sure there was something for everyone of all ages at all times.  Security was great to keep people from getting out of control after a few too many drinks.  It was just the best experience ever and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Carnival for your next vacation.

good food and dining; entertainment is fair, but should be better with karaoke and more variety. Ship cleanliness is OK! Shore excursions in Key West, Florida, Freeport and Nassau, Bahamas could be better if buses are fully air-conditioned.

Everything was wonderful, 

The food was great, the crew were fabulous, the dinner in the dining room was unbelieveable. The service we got from everyone on this cruise right down to the couple who cleaned our room was wonderful.

almost perfect except to our room, we've been assign to the second deck and it's at the very end of the ship and just above of the propeller of the ship. we're hearing the noise and some parts of our room are shaking EVERYDAY AND NIGHT. instead of getting the relaxation and a getting the sleep that we need at night for us to have energy for the next day, we can't fully enjoy the day. as a merchat marine, i know how things on a ship. this is our first time on a cruise (but not for me on a ship) just to celebrate our 25 year of our marriage and we're expecting a full enjoyment on our anniversary .
