Very frustrating not at all relaxing. We almost missed one of our excursions do to wrong instructions on our paperwork. The buffet food was Horrible and the fish in the main dining room was undercooked. They need to keep Guys Burgers and the pizza place open a lot longer..

Overall a great cruise! Nice ports of call. Great vacay!

We really had a good time being our first cruise, the experience was spectacular..Had the chance to take picture with the captain, lots of picture with Emma (the cruise director) She is awesome! Everything was just a positive vibes, i would surely recommend this to my friends and would love to cruise again...and oh I'm cruising again on oct 11th to the 14th out of long beach..thru ADCventura?latin dancing...lots and lots of it.I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone on the cruise ship made our vacation a memorable one.

This ship is old. You were able to hear every move someone made. They were always repairing something on the ship. Food in the lido deck seem to always be closed so early. Some of the staff seem to have the I am worked too much attitude. My kids love the pizza but they were very slow and did t seem to like when you asked for more than 2 slices. However Ms. Emma energy was awesome. She kept the fun going. I have no idea how she had that much energy but her smile and joy made the trip fun and enjoyable.

We had a great time together. We felt very safe during our excursions and enjoyed our experiences.

We had a wonderful cruise, I would highly recommend my friends and family to cruise with carnival .. Excited to plan our next one !

Great ship. Can't tell that it had been refurbished. Great crew. Loved cabin 9200 because of the floor to ceiling views and extra room for our family. King size sofabed, two chairs, and two twin beds added additional room for family and friends that visited to enjoy the view at sunset.

During my cruise I tipped my dinners and my room service so I was taken back when I was charged the gratuity per person. I now know better in the future as I will no add additional tips if I choose to take another cruise.

This cruise was a family cruise for my mother's 70th birthday. She truly enjoyed the week of family and we all enjoyed what ended up being a great vacation. I was traveling with my 13 year old daughter and 7 month old son, so I was a little nervous about traveling with an infant. But everyone did everything they could to make it a great experience. Antonio, our steward, was always very accommodating in making sure we had everything we needed. Kris Ann always greeted us with a smile when we entered the dining room and keep my son laughing whenever he saw her. And Rafael ensue that every dining experience was amazing... helping us navigate children's menus for the kids and just simply making things easy so I could enjoy the meals. I have cruised other cruise lines in the past, but Carnival is my favorite. Their people make all the difference!!!! Everyone is so nice and so helpful. You truly feel like you are getting away from it all. The disembarkation process was different from my last cruise, but even it was easy. I mean when you have that many people, you expect to wait. But they kept things are orderly and organized as possible. Thank you for making my mother's birthday a very memorable one! I can't wait for my next Carnival Cruise.

Dinner staff and fun squad made the cruise! Fun for all ages. So much food and so delicious

We had a fabulous time. No complaints. Only thing I would say is that we had to purchase Tylenol and the price was outrageous. $12.00 for a small 24 tablet bottle is crazy. But we had to have it as my son had a bad headache.

We have been on a dozen cruises and this was by far the best one.

We enjoyed our first cruise. Although I wish the pools were larger or at least a pool for kids to actually get to swim and play in - these seemed to ALL be adult only pools with only people standing in them. Food was good and a large variety of things to eat. Our cabin was always very clean. Nightly shows were great with amazing singers and dancers!!

I won't say I will never try Carnival Cruise Line again but they have to do better

I was nervous booking through instead of through the cruise line, but there was really no need. It went very very smoothly. No problems getting our onboard credits, and we got a fantastic room. I don’t think I’d change anything about our room location. We had such a great time.

The service are so great but some foods are so terrible especially on fresh fruit. You need to serve more different kind of fruits such as strawberry, blueberry. grape...

This was a good cruise. 3 days at sea is a bit much, 2 would have been better

As far as the excursions and the staff and entertainment on the ship it was awesome but as far as our room it was miserable the whole trip because the air in our room did not work...it never got below 80 to 82 in our room the whole week...very upset with the room..could not even be moved to another room...it was my very first cruise and I was very disappointed...was told the air had been out in my cabin for 3 weeks before we boarded...so why wSnt it fixed.....
