I learn something new during every cruise. I discover a new adventure and place. The food, entertainment and location was great.

Great trip can't wait for the next one. It took us ten years for out second trip hopfully we do not take ten years for next one.

I’m not sure why you ask these questions, you do not respond to negativity comments. I sent a survey from a cruise last month ad haven’t heard from anyone. If I haven’t already had this cruise booked I wouldn’t have gone. I’m done with carnival. I’m sure I won’t hear from anyone from carnival this time either.

Was very pleased overall. Staff and service was great.. Emma, room Stewart Yevhen, Waiters Georgica, Gabor, Sadia, Mario, Alejandro and so many in the Lido were more than wonderful

the cruise was another great experience. this was a new cruise and, we look forward to going again soon. next time to belize and roatan as well as cozumel

We left Galveston late because of flooding ,but we had a carnival representative call, give direction and stayed on the line while directing us to the port to park and had a shuttle waiting to take us to the ship.We also had a blast with Emma the ships director ,I don't know where she gets all of her energy.Ni,our steward and her staff were very accommodating.We definitely sail again with carnival.

best cruise we have been on due mainly to Emma Nixon, cruise director. She brought so much energy and fun. She just made you want to have fun and let go in a good way. The crew was so nice and friendly.

My experience on the Carnival Freedom was top notch. Excellence in every category. From boarding to disembarkment, in port and at sea, the Freedom's crew made this a first class adventure, both fun-filled and relaxing.

Took my sister and her family, this was their first time cruising. Enjoyed showing them the adventure of their lives.

We had canceled this cruise due to death in family but later rebooked. The ship provided us quiet time for recovery and rest, but also provided entertainment when we felt up for some fun. We enjoyed the Carnival dancers and the cruise director was a live wire and he drew us out of our sorrow to have fun in the lobby and up on Lido deck. We had the choice of sitting on our balcony or attending the shows and the Cruise director Brad would put such an emphasis on the action that he drew us out of our cabin.

I.had an awesome experience and can't wait for my next carnival cruise. My room steward Panca was the best. I hope I get a room in his area again.

I was and have been charged twice for everything i did both my credit card and my bank account was charged for everything! my bank account has been overdrawn 222.00 and i have gotten a 35.00 overdraft fee i need this corrected today as i have been back since saturday! the first of the month has came and bills are due and i keep getting told its already taken care of when it hasnt!

This cruise was great!. Just have fun and do as much as possible. Please do at least 1 excursion. Tgey are alwsys cheaper once you get off the boat

I will never book through again. I feel ripped off because I was under the impression my husband and I had $750 to spend onboard. When I got home and called 888-759-5514 the agent said that was only if I spend $10,000!! Are you kidding me?!?! So upsetting and deceiving. We would not have spent the money we did on the ship had we known that.

The overall cruise was great,the food and entertainment could have been better. The ports were amazing I would definitely do this itinerary again. I would suggest that Carnival find a way to put more Kiosk for the sign and sail card on the ship as well as a better way to disembark.

Embarkation was an excessively long process with long lines at each point. Kids' clubs (ages 12-14 and 15-18) sucked. Dive in theater was fine, but all other entertainment sucked. Ports of call were fine. Comedians were not funny, our party found them disgusting and left several shows early. The "family friendly" shows were not much better. We bought the "bottomless bubbles" package. The roaming bar staff refused to serve us. We had to wait at the bar each time we wanted drinks. Our room was the best part of the cruise. Our room steward was great! For Debarkation you are kicked out of your rooms before 8:30 only to sit around until they call your floor to let you off with your luggage. They didn't let us get in the long line to get off the ship until after 11 am. We didn't actually get to the outside of the port until after noon. Other cruise companies handle this much more smoothly.

Evening dining team was excellent. Food selection overall was great and especially the evening meal at the Posh. Could use less smoke in the casino. Cabin cleaning could be more frequently.

This cruise experience was one of my favorite. I’ve previously cruises on both Carnival Ecstacy and Triumph and confidently say this was one of the better experiences.
