Review summary

Not happy with the ship. Guest services desk tried helping, but to no avail on our room. Wasn't the happiest with the solution. Had the worst experience with departure I have ever had. Partially with carnival, their venders, and customs

Had loud dripping sound in ceiling. Reported it. Was told it would be repair by noon. Came back at 1:00. Nothing seemed to be done. Went to guest services, who said they were told it was done. Another crew came up to the room. Guest services assure me it was repaired. GUESS WHAT. WRONG Guest services then changed our cabin. We were with a group, so now we are on a different deck and opposite end of ship
