Bring all your toiletries if going out of California, local stores difficult to shop at. Rear balconies get lots of black soot on them!!

Maybe have some patience. They really pack people in. My next cruise is on Royal Caribbean so we'll see what happens.

If you like comedy shows, line up at least 40 minutes before showtime for comedy shows in the Liquid Lounge. You may want to make sure you attend the late night comedy shows scheduled a few times in the main theater rather than giving up well over an hour of your enening for a 30-minute show in the comedy club.

This ship had the elevators that you choose which floor you want to go to and it tells you what car to go to. It takes a little time to get used to the set up. Some people just do not understand how to work them.

I debated Leaving a review due to so many mean people in all of these groups, but here goes: I cruised on the Halloween cruise October 26-November 2; BTW this was my 7th cruise, first time on Firenze. Food: I liked everything at the buffet, pizza, and Guys of course, I liked the spaghetti place, I forgot the name. What disappointed me was the teppanyaki. For almost $100 for two I guess I expected more, the service and chef were very sociable and fun but the food was ok, the main dining was better. Speaking of main dining, I liked Michaelangelo a lot. I always love sea day brunch. Shows and other entertainment : I loved the love and marriage show (always) always hilarious and fun no matter what ship you’re on. The one comedy show I watched was pretty funny. I Always love the 80s party, always fun ! I am probably missing so many others but those were my favorite. MY FAVORITES: I loved JAVA BLUE, the view and tables are perfect to drink coffee and enjoy the beautiful ocean, nice breeze and despite so many bad reviews, I loved the coffee, they carry heavy cream which I use with all my coffee and most common coffee places like Dutch Bros don’t even carry it anymore. CASINO!! More below! WATCHING THE DODGERS WIN THE WORLD SERIES relaxing near the pool on lido deck was memorable. EMBARK/DEBARK/Weather/etc: the ship was delayed due to fog but once they started allowing people on, we got on pretty fast. We also got off pretty fast, when we cruise out of Long Beach, we are in no hurry since we drive home. Weather at all ports were hot and humid as expected, they always are no matter what time of the year, I cruised these ports on the panorama in January and same weather, the ship was cooler and a little rocky on the way home which it was the same on the Panorama. But nothing that made me sick. CASINO: can’t forget the casino!!! And of course I already have casino offers lol, met so many nice people in the casino, I was there A LOT!! One day I was there 13 hours straight minus restroom and food breaks 😂 I won and lost and won and lost! But I had a lot of fun, I hope all the wonderful people I met are doing well. I won a raffle from playing scratchers! BARS: loved Hero’s bar, we were able to watch all Sunday football games, the bar tenders would put on your game if you asked. Liked the other bars but the lobby and Hero’s was my favorite. OVERALL: the ship was beautiful!! Love the Italian theme, I added some pictures, the staff was great, our room steward was great, I miss Java blue so much. Anyway I loved it so much i will be crusing her again in January for my birthday.

If they offer Silent Nights, go for it. Staff hands out headphones and you can switch between 3 styles of music with live DJ's.
