The food was overall very cheep quality… the same buffet offerings every day… the food didn’t look or smell appealing and there was no variety of fruits and vegetables.

The rooms need to be cleaned better… smell of urine is very strong in the showers.

The cleanliness needs some work. Size is ok. It would be nice to have a small coffee maker in the room like all hotels do for comfort of their clients.

We sailed on the Firenze in October and did not experience any negative issues other than slow embarkation. The food was good, even in the buffet. The cabin was spotless.
