Review summary

Overall, the experience was nice. I think that when you give the initial greeting that, it should be clear as to the gratuities that will be charged on your card, how much and that it's perfect person, especially for first timers. I was disappointed that we dressed up to meet the Captain and he didn't show and his crew members just walked through and didn't socialize at all, didn't even say hello.

The pillows were uncomfortable. The bed, depending on where you were laying was hard. The tv channels were terrible. When we did find a movie, in the middle of it would cut off and put ANOTHER CNN channel on. Which was a total of 4. And you should at least start with a courtesy bottle of water and not charge $5.
