Terrible, rude crew didn’t honor their word, food was terrible, entertainment was almost zero. I will never use carnival again

Review summary

I would prefer a full refund for the faster to the fun I paid for I was passed over several times while in line and not by gold or platinum members. I was pushed up against the desk by another guest and the guest service person did nothing I had to explain I had a fttf card. To the very angry guy No extra getting on the ship and treated like a jerk for asking help with what I paid for and had a letter signed saying I would get to get off I want a full refund as what was advertised was certainly NOT what I got. I want the 15% refund back on each of the other 2 excursions we booked and were told by Michael we would get and never did!

Room Stewart was great the rest acted as if they were better than you. I asked for help withe the standard WiFi package I bought and was told she would just refund me. I wasn’t asking for a refund just help to make sure I had it set up correctly she finally said I just refunded. And I need to help the guest please move

Would have been great but our booked excursion left us because their were no instructions or signs on how or where to meet. The tour said we were late by 2 minuets. Micheal at the shore excursion desk told me 6/7 people they would have waited but 1or 2 people were not that important. A refund was given but was promised 15% off our other 2 booked excursions still haven’t seen that discount?

Purchased faster to the fun had a written letter stating we would be escorted off the ship so we wouldn’t have to wait. No one ever showed up. So we went and got our luggage when I asked a carnival employee if they could honor the letter and escort us off I was very rudely told I was already off the ship and fttf didn’t matter now we waited over an hour to get off the ship

You have a special place you have to go to early on disembarkation day in order to be escorted off ship. If you were not where you were supposed to be it’s your own problem not the cruise line. I’m platinum and I still have a place I have to meet in order to get off early. Read the paper they give you about disembarking.

Shjohnecheck, don’t worry at all! FTTF is worth it! TNT is correct, there’s dedicated lines, you’ll have your luggage expedited and your room will be ready as soon as you get on the ship (everybody else has to wait!) I’ve never heard of it including a personal escort and I’ve had it on my last 3 cruises.

Obviously a first-time Cruiser that didn't spend enough time researching the procedures. If you just spend enough time on this app you can be a rookie and have more information then some veterans of cruising

What I take from this review is that you are hard to please, and that you were determined to find things to complain about. Not the way I choose to cruise, but hey it's your life. Maybe next time try a land resort.

What? Something with your review sounds like BS. When entering the terminal they have a SEPARATE line for FTTF, Platinum and Diamond(Gold doesn’t get priority boarding). Once inside the terminal boarding goes by Special Occasions (if you’re getting married on board), Diamond, Platinum, Suite Passengers , FTTF and everyone else. It’s a matter of 5 minutes apart but you had the other benefits that goes along with FTTF so you’re not getting a refund.

The ports were fun but the activities on the ship need work! The cruise director needs to announce the onboard activities more often.
