Terrible, rude crew didn’t honor their word, food was terrible, entertainment was almost zero. I will never use carnival again

Review summary

I would prefer a full refund for the faster to the fun I paid for I was passed over several times while in line and not by gold or platinum members. I was pushed up against the desk by another guest and the guest service person did nothing I had to explain I had a fttf card. To the very angry guy No extra getting on the ship and treated like a jerk for asking help with what I paid for and had a letter signed saying I would get to get off I want a full refund as what was advertised was certainly NOT what I got. I want the 15% refund back on each of the other 2 excursions we booked and were told by Michael we would get and never did!

Machines are too tight. It’s no fun lose and lose. $100. And not even a $1. Back that’s way too tight. But I gues when you offer nothing else to do that’s where people will go to have something to do

Room Stewart was great the rest acted as if they were better than you. I asked for help withe the standard WiFi package I bought and was told she would just refund me. I wasn’t asking for a refund just help to make sure I had it set up correctly she finally said I just refunded. And I need to help the guest please move

Would have been great but our booked excursion left us because their were no instructions or signs on how or where to meet. The tour said we were late by 2 minuets. Micheal at the shore excursion desk told me 6/7 people they would have waited but 1or 2 people were not that important. A refund was given but was promised 15% off our other 2 booked excursions still haven’t seen that discount?

Purchased faster to the fun had a written letter stating we would be escorted off the ship so we wouldn’t have to wait. No one ever showed up. So we went and got our luggage when I asked a carnival employee if they could honor the letter and escort us off I was very rudely told I was already off the ship and fttf didn’t matter now we waited over an hour to get off the ship
