It’s best to just buy the cheap WiFi or none at all. The WiFi was horrible on the ship and was pretty much useless. Was a huge waste of money.

Never, ever, go during Spring break. Students only cared about drinking and staff was too busy catering to them to help others.

There is only one pool, and a very small Serenity deck. We were hoping to enjoy relaxing in the hot tub, however the hot tub on the serenity was packed full and the ones next to the pool were full of children splashing and jumping around.

If you want a good starter cruise, this ship is not intimidating in size at all. I found it easy to get around and there were plenty of activities offered at all times.

Get Faster to the Fun if you are eager to get on the ship and get off the ship. (This is only for the arrival day and the last day, no difference when getting off the Bahama ports). Also download the Carnival Hub App, it's great to see what's happening and when.

Be aware! We had a few rocky nights. We didn’t get sick but we had to go to bed early bc of the rocking. It was a little disappointing but obviously Carnival can’t control the waves.

Sign up for the teen and children’s rooms right away, also for $5 a person you can get texting on the ships app to keep up with each other without getting the internet
