It was a good cruise that has lots of room for improvement, the main dinning/buffet needs new food suppliers, with managers that check on staff instead of following the spring break girls around.
Embarkation

We had priority boarding, so the lines were short!
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
2 out of 5
Guys burger joint was the best thing on the ship, outside of sea day brunch. The food offered on the buffet and main dinning was tasteless and overcooked not burnt cooked earlier in the day and then kept warm till served, not just one specific day, everyday. Seen several children pick things from the salad bar with their fingers and then throw it back into the bowl/serving dish, needs to be regulated a bit more by Carnival. The Blue Iguana Cantina, couldn't tell you, every time we tried to go and eat there it was closed early, not just 15mins I'm talking 45 to an hour, when you asked the employees that were working it why they closed early, "I don't know English". Poorly managed!!!
Tiffany's Lido Restaurant
1 out of 5
Poorly managed by staff, small kids picking things up with their fingers take a bite out of it and then throw it back into the bowl/serving dish at the salad bar. The food wasn't disposed of that had been sitting out to long, so freshness is not a concern, I can see why people get sick on these ships and then it spread like wild fire.
Onboard Activities

Pool, splash water park, Casino, live cover band, Mikado lounge performances.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
Excellent shows, live cover bands and DJ's.
Children's Programs
4 out of 5
My kids loved the comedy shows, and the movies, but would be better to have the Dive in movies by the pool on this boat.
Service and Staff
3 out of 5
Everyone remembered your name and was very tentative, need maybe one or two more waiters for the sea days by the pool, it was sometimes 30 mins before you seen the waiter for drinks. Needs more food servers for the buffet area as kids were running ramped.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
The common areas were nice and clean, overall the layout is good.
Cabin / Stateroom

This was a basic interior room, good overall size. Was not stepping on each other in the room to move around.
Ship tip
Do not go during spring break, a lot of heathens running loose.
Plenty of parking at the port, definitely book online through Carnival's website to get the reduced rate than directly on Jaxport's website. Clean, lots of baggage porters and people to tell you where to go.
Very relaxing, beautiful views, fun games and great music from the Dj's. I think they should change there Drink package to include this port, since they have exclusive rights to the island and they staff it with there employees.
Great port, lots of fun things to do, like go to all the souvenir shops that sell the same cheap stuff in Florida. Or go to the high end Jewelry stores that are supposed to be heavily discounted, that still end up being the same price as items in the States. Excursions are the way to go, Blue Lagoon is a beautiful private island, make sure you bring plenty of money. The Segway excursion is fun but short, two stops, one to look at the historical main entry into the island, which has stairs that lead down to the water where there is some nurse sharks and sting rays swimming around. The other was the watch tower, where if everyone in the tour goes up to the top, there is no room to move at the top.
We had priority disembarkation, and we did what was asked of us to show up to the Mikado lounge and at 9:15 we would be taken to the gangway. At 9:15 we were then taken from the Mikado lounge to the elevator lobby and then told that an elevator could be called but it would take a really long time, but we could take the stairs! Now everyone else was told to get a disembarkation number then to wait until your number was called then they could disembark. Well that would be a great plan except not a lot of people waited for their number to be called and instead kind of became a free for all.
