We sailed July 30th-Aug 4th and had a awesome amazing time. The cruise director "Stephan Neral" Was everywhere throwing events and a constant fountain of information over the ship speakers.

This was my first cruise. The staff was fantastic, friendly, and accommodating! The hidden fees were frustrating! This particular cruise is more for families. Everyone told me that "you can't even tell you are on a boat." You CAN most definitely tell you are on a boat! We did have two days of rain, so the waves were high. Everyone was walking around like we were drunk. It was hard to keep your balance. I put on a patch (for motion sickness) right away. I was still sick every day. I would much rather fly to a tropical island (probably not Nassau, because it is super commercialized) and pay for an all inclusive hotel.

I bought the internet package which was not good. I was barely able to get service. Also, I brought a small personal steamer and it was taken from my luggage with a note. On the last day I went to pick it up and no one seemed to know where it was. Not happy about this at all.

Cruise was a great experience and nice relaxing week of no day to day responsibilities. We enjoyed the week as a true vacation and Carnival and their staff gave that to us!!!

I really enjoyed myself. The beaches were great. I loved the music on the beach. It was so relaxing. I'm ready to go again.

Our cruise was ruined. It was one of the worst experience we have had. Nothing like what my mother in law experienced on her cruising days with carnival. I think carnival should give us another cruise on them.

If you are an experienced cruiser and coming for the food and entertainment, this is not the ship for you. If you want a great vacation for your family with some fun for everyone and you aren’t hoity toity, then this so totally worth it!! Yes, there are fancier cruises, but they are not as fun as this one! It was very family oriented and the staff were so friendly.

Overall very nice and inexpensive, not sure we would go again. Maybe if they add more ports. Nice short get away!

All of these incidents are video recorded and time stamped. We had Fleas and sewage smell in my bathroom the entire five days. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANOTHER CARNIVAL CRUISE AGAIN, and I have video documentation with time stamped,

First time cruising carnival. I now see why it is called the fun ship. Lots of activities, shows, dancing, very nice staff, and even the guests were nice. The performers were great - wide variety of music to listen and to dance to. The comedian Steven Michael Quezada was belly aching funny. Our restaurant server Ani was wonderful in every way. Our house keeping person Nyoman provided us with an outstanding level of service.

Had an amazing time! Will try a different ship and port next time.

I know this is an old boat, but that should be apart of the marketing for the trip. I was looking forward to swimming and more boat activities. When I looked on carnivals website I just couldn't find the info I needed. I found a lot if support on Facebook cruise pages. I am disappointed. We enjoyed our trip because it was a beautiful location and weather, but we had a lot of negative experiences on the ship.

Cruising is always nice. Smaller ship. Adult Serenity area was small. Food was excellent. Staff was excellent.

I still love Carnival and I will give it another try, but this was a far cry from the other cruises I have experienced upon the "funship". Unorganized, poor communication regarding to the activities aboard ship little to NO activities for tween-teens so please don't go expecting them to be entertained. Ports of call were nice, the ship is clean and the staff are great.

Was a great first cruise. I had so much fun I came home and immediately booked my next cruise!

We can't wait to come back and hope Neil and his crew are still there

Was our first time cruising and it made for a great Senior cruise for our daughter who just graduated high school.

Overall we enjoyed our cruise. Wish we didn’t have to wait in long lines. The Bahamas is gorgeous. More affordable excursions would be nice. All the carnival employees we encountered were amazing.

I had a great time & loved the friendliness of the staff. The Elation ship is very old & is small. Needs to be retired & replaced with a bigger ship with more onboard activity options with a larger pool/more pools, more water slides, rides, etc. This is a small ship with limited options.
