5 out of 5
Perfect service, couldn't ask for better.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
clean and well maintained, but the ship is significantly smaller than ships we sailed with prior to this sailing.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
It was okay, but when the two bunk beds are unfolded, they cover the king bed, which makes it uncomfortable.

Ports of call

Jacksonville, Florida

It took us 2.5 hours to board when we had a boarding appointment. Standing under the sun for an hour, then we were taken out of the line because of the heat and into the exit building to stay in the shade for another 30 minutes (we lost our place in line), then we were taken back to the original line we were in to start with, but way in the back of it, for another hour. Very unorganized and chaotic. Then we found people that have boarding appointments an hour after our appointment, yet they were way ahead of us, although we arrived 30 minutes ahead of our appointment time.
