We were in the Crimson dining room for formal dining and the food was great. We really enjoyed the buffet for most meals as we loved the huge selection of food that was similar to what we could get in the formal dining room. We also loved Guys burgers, Guys Pig and Anchor barbecue was amazing, and the Blue Iguana Cantina breakfast tacos were superb!

We loved dining here! This is were we ate the majority of our meals. The food was very similar to what we could get in the formal dining room, but without the wait. The staff was always so friendly and food was amazing!

There was a lot to do, I wish we would have taken more time to enjoy all of the pools and things, but we chose our time to mostly explore the ship and relax in the sun.
We did purchase the couples thereputic spa package and we were very disappointed! The spa beds in one room that were supposed to be heated were all cold, except for one. They all smelled unclean. Also the thereputic pool was freezing cold! I have severe arthritis and was hoping to relax in the thereputic pool to help calm my arthritis, but the cold water caused my arthritis to flare even more.
We tried the hot tub in the back of the ship one night, and I was also surprised at how cold the water was. I understand that it was probably due to young children being in the hot tub, but it was still much cooler than I had liked.

It was freezing cold and I’m not sure how anyone was supposed to relax or enjoy this. I suffer from severe arthritis and the ice cold water increased my pain. This was a complete waste of money

We only seen the end of one comedy act with the Flying Scotsman while we were waiting for the bingo game.

For being an interior room, it was very comfortable! Our room steward always had our room clean and we always came “home” to a new towel animal.
We celebrated the anniversary of the day we met while on this cruise and our room steward had decorated perfectly!
Ship tip
In the formal dining room you can order as much food as you will eat. Also make sure you set your phone to cruise time so you don’t miss out on excursions! Have fun and relax and enjoy the ride!!!
We did not book an excursion, instead we decided to tour the French Quarter on our own. The restaurants, shops and the history here is amazing!!! Next time we hope to do one of the ghost tours or plantation tours.
Costa Maya is absolutely beautiful!!! We did the all inclusive beach day for our excursion. The water was so pretty, even though they had an influx of seaweed the week before, the water was still beautiful and warm! We had an amazing time, I only wish we could have stayed longer!
Even though we missed our original excursion because we did not know we could leave the ship early, we still enjoyed this experience! This was our first catamaran and snorkeling excursion and it was amazing!! The coral reef was so beautiful! We were only supposed to be out snorkeling for 30 minutes but our guide let us snorkel for over an hour! It was so beautiful and we really enjoyed ourselves! When we finished snorkeling we explored the animal sanctuary and the beach area. It was so beautiful! I wish we could have had more time here! Make sure you have a waterproof camera with you for the snorkeling! We had purchased a cheap one and unfortunately it froze up so we were not able to get any underwater pictures or videos.
We chose to visit the Mayan Ruins on this excursion. The 2 hour drive to the ruins was long, but our guide was great! The history here is so interesting! I’m so thankful that I finally got to experience this! Seeing the Mayan Ruins has been a dream of mine since I was in high school!
Cozumel was absolutely beautiful!!! The water so clear and warm! The catamaran ride and snorkeling was perfect! And the all inclusive beach was so much fun! Our catamaran crew kept everyone dancing and having fun! We got to swim with the fish while we snorkeled and the pictures were amazing! Then it was coconut margarita time on the way to the beach! The white sandy beach was so beautiful and the water was so very warm and inviting! I wish we could have had more tome here! The shops at this port were the cheapest of all the ports!
