IT WAS THE WORST TRIP I HAVE BEEN ON . I HAVE CRUISE FOR YEARS AND THE FOOD WAS TERRIBLE IF YOU HAVE TO HAVE A SPECIAL DIET YOU ARE IN TROUBLE. THE CHIEF DOESN'T HAVE ANY IDEA HOW TO COOK FOR GLUTEN FREE PEOPLE. WHO HAVE TO BEEN BECAUSE OF THEIR HEALTH CARE. I HAVE CELIAC .

I WAS ON THIS SHIP FOR A 3 WEEK CRUISE I NOT ONLY LOST 10 LB.THEY CROSS CONTAMINATED MY AND I HAD TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL AS SOON AS I GOT OFF THE SHIP .we did the 11 day and 10 day trip

bad shape and I had to clean it up sofa was black and gross .I ask my room attendant to please clean sofa so my white pant would not turn black and look dirty

Lmfao !! Oh well.... Life is what you make it, is what Momma always said. Those looking for something to be unhappy about wont likely be disappointed. We've been on 4 carnival cruises so far and have been treated like kings.. I always walk away thinking : how The heck do they do it ? And after they get done being so kind to us they start all over again week after week. Hell I couldn't do it

I have that same 21 day cruise January 3rd thru the 24th. it will be our 10th cruise 4th one on the dream.sorry you had a bad experience I am really excited and can't wait to get on the boat. maybe I will limit myself to gaining only 10 pounds

Wow, I am totally surprised. My very first cruise was in 2008, as I was walking around the food bar looking at the food ( no food restrictions here) the area where I was had seafood and Italian, I believe. And as I was walking away, the chef asked me what I wanted and I told him I was looking for baked chicken or something and he told me to hold and he would make me a chicken dish. But I would not let him go out of his way for me, when there was plenty of food for me to choose from. So from that experience, so feel that they are very accommodating to the passengers.

I believe the term "Ask and ye shall receive" comes into play here? I suspect that they Chef (chief) was not asked. Perhaps ask the chef next time or choose a different line.

We were on that cruise--the food, the crew, and the ship were AWESOME! My question is--did you notify Carnival AHEAD OF TIME about your dietary needs? I have had several clients with dietary issues and every time we notified the cruise line in advance, and my clients were well cared for.

Leaving on the Dream in 19 days. Can't wait. Crappy food in the Caribbean still beats crappy food at home. If I see the "chief" I will say hey.

The ship is great I would not stay on a ship for three weeks that I did not like the food . I do feel sorry for the people that were with you for three weeks I think I would have got off the ship

One thing I don't get is why stay for second cruise if you are so hungry??? You would get a full refund and transportation back to home port... Fake post all the way. Plus there are plenty of gluten free options onboard.

The Dream has three week cruises? That's not listed on the Carnival site. When did you cruise?

I am so sorry that the chef could not accommodate your diet. My husband usually gets careful attention to his diet restrictions. He has a different issue, though. I suggest you try a different ship. My husband always requests speaking to the chef prepairing his meals within a couple of days of the cruise. Maybe this would help. The chef then thinks of you as a person rather than just a meal order request.

You cannot spell or manage the English language very well but you do know how to put your comments in all CAPS. The Dream is a great ship and Carnival is wonderful. Can't believe in 21 days you never asked to speak to the "CHIEF". You probably ruined the trip for all in your party because of your foul attitude. Have a happy life and please sail another cruise line next time.

my 10th cruse is coming up in 55 more days I can't wait. we have never had a bad experience on the ship not even the Dream loved it as well.as the food and the staff. I think I may have gained 10lbs on every cruise but never have lost . sorry you guys didn't enjoy.
