Even though there were a lot of people on board, the ship’s crew members did exceptional job of providing best possible services to us. Love to see all the crew members were from many different countries and they actually provided service not disservice.

I would say overall my cruise was wonderful. Two friends of mine that came on the cruise did have a mishap on carnival’s part but guest services took care of it. The staff was very friendly and TJ the Cruise Director is awesome.

My first time cruising and there were things I loved about it, but there were things that made me go "hmmmm". Overall, it was super relaxing but the food was not as good as I expected and not available at all hours. I had to pay for room service one night, due to missing dinner before ship dining areas closed. I also didn't care for most of the entertainment...too one-sided. I did enjoy the last night - lip sync battle; 80s trivia, etc. It was the most fun entertainment of the entire 5 days. The most surprising thing was the $67 dollars added to my final bill for guest services gratuity...wth. This is something that should not be a surprise to people when they're trying to check out. I was very disappointed in this and not sure of taking another carnival cruise.

Very relaxing trip. I wish carnival enforced the age restricted areas as well smoke restricted areas. Embarkation is chaos. Let the crowds board and show up last.

World Cup 2018 started when we were on the ship; unfortunately, the ship could not air the World Cup games, not even in the Sky Box bar:(

In all the years I have crows and all the cruise lines I have been on this was the worst debarkation I had ever encountered. We express so we could get off the ship we were never called. We sat in the casino for over an hour and a half waiting finally we went and approached deck zero ourselves what were they going to do with this many people but let us off. The ramp we needed to use to disembark was so steep I could barely get down at as an elderly person and no one try to help us.

this cruise consist of a graduation high school 2018 class. we had a fantastic time.

Overall we had a blast. Ate too much food (All free and it is available 24/7) and got too much sun! Drank too much and relaxed a lot. Saw as many shows as we could. Tried as many new things as we could (ox tongue, rabbit, lamb, seared tuna).

This was our first cruise. Carnival provides a lot of value for your money, but in my opinion it is very poor quality when it comes to the service.

Food was horrendous. Staff made no attempt to control unruly passengers. Food fight and no one stepped in to stop it. Too afraid of offending someone. Just a terrible experience (2nd Carnival cruise and this was worse than the first). Will never, ever sail on this line again. Did I say the food was terrible? Same basic menu every night, with a few minor changes in the salads and appetizers offered. Had to pay for steak. Really? WiFi didn’t work. Increase the prices a bit and upgrade the standards. A miserable experience!

We decided to take a cruise for our honeymoon and invited some friends along for the ride. We had a wonderful time as we have had in the past with Carnival. Our only complaint was that our stateroom was a little warm. Other than that, everything was great!!

MY SONS AND I FIRST TIME ENJOYED HAD FAMILY FUN . LOOKING FORWARD TO ANOTHER CRUISE. however WAS OVERCHARGED BY THIRD PARTY VENDOR AT DISEMBARKATION AND THEN AGAIN. PAID SAIL AND SIGN FEES AND UPON RETURNING HOME CARD WAS CHARGED AGAIN WHILE ORIGINAL MONIES HELD WAS STILL ON HOLD A TOTAL OF $400 DOLLARS AFTER I PAID FOR ALL FEES AND SERVICES VIA SHIP CASH WITH AN RECEIPT FOR CONFIRMATION. WAS ADVISED MAY TAKE UP TO 30 DAYS FOR REFUND. NOT HAPPY!!!

Everything was great. Half Moon Cay was fantastic. Did not enjoy Nassau. Cannot look around without being bothered.

Our first family and friends cruise was a success. Everyone had a great time and person wished to stay in Nassau but had to return home ☺. There was so much to do on ship we could not do it all. We will be sailing again.

Oka took very good care of us. He made the cruise stress free.

Service staff in dining areas and the cabin area were outstanding

Air did not work in my room. Carnival did not seem to care. All they did was send someone down to take the temperature in my room. I asked for a fan but they said they were out. Never apologized or nothing.
