Review summary

Food was horrendous. Staff made no attempt to control unruly passengers. Food fight and no one stepped in to stop it. Too afraid of offending someone. Just a terrible experience (2nd Carnival cruise and this was worse than the first). Will never, ever sail on this line again. Did I say the food was terrible? Same basic menu every night, with a few minor changes in the salads and appetizers offered. Had to pay for steak. Really? WiFi didn’t work. Increase the prices a bit and upgrade the standards. A miserable experience!

Every cruise I have been on has had rude inconsiderate people. I don’t think that’s the cruise lines fault. There is some sort of steak on the menu daily. If you want an upgrade on the steak I would suggest going to the steakhouse. I think they do a pretty good job of feeding 3000+ passengers every day and trying to keep everyone happy. I believe that if you want to have a great vacation you should probably put some effort into it also. We have had a great experience on every cruise we have been on. I am sorry to hear that it didn’t live up to your expectations. Maybe cruising isn’t your thing.

Wow, that review is hard to believe. All I've heard recently about the Conquest is that it was great and food delicious. I certainly hope so since we'll be going in March

I was on the conquest last year and had a great time! I thought the food was good? Hubby and I even had Dr Seuss bfast and we don’t have little kids lol

Idk if things changed when I last sailed in 2016 but there was a free steak option every night in the dining room🧐.

Don't lie. Carnival has some form of free steak every night - just not filet mignon.

Under American kitchen there is steak that has no charge. I have never had any issues with food and all menu items change daily in the main dining rooms except for American kitchen stays the same pretty much

Never cruised carnival but on royal Caribbean and Norwegian there was a free steak option every night, sometimes more than 1

Well don't cruise anymore every cruise line u pay for steak never ever heard of a food fight the all pretty much have the same menu turn yr phone off then I do never turn it on for a cruise I'm on vacation
