Overall the service and treatment we received was horrible. This was the worst cruise my family has ever been on. We will not cruise carnival again. They do not know how to treat guests during times of service disruption.

Everyone was so friendly. Loved the cruise director Lee and amazed at how our room steward remembered our names.

This is my last cruise with Carnival and we will not use again. Extremely poor communication with our agent throughout the entire experience and even afterwards. The ship was a “money grab” at every possible situation. So many things to do, but expect to pay for most of them. Limited drinks on the drink package. Plus, alcohol pours were probably only about an ounce or so. This is the only cruise line to have a 15 maximum drink limit. That means that you can’t even buy more drinks if you want to. The food at the buffet was poor quality. The better options available require an extra charge. The Cruise Director was constantly communicating through the Lido Deck Monitor or through the speaker system trying to sell something. Overall, it was a poor experience starting with our agent and extending throughout the entire cruise. We travelled with a group of 14 people and this was the sentiment with most of us.

We wanted to try Carnival's largest and newest ship, and we were not disappointed!

Will do it again if possible. This ship changed my mind on cruises from a negative to a positive.

Overall...it could have been better... Better food, better entertainment, better shops

We were not on board until 10:30 pm, sailed out around 1:30am, due to crash near the port. Rocky start, things got better but feels like it was a 6 day.

The Carnival Celebration was a beautifully layed out ship with lots of entertainment and for a large ship it didn't seem at all crowded. Lots of outdoor spacing and there was never a problem finding a pool chair.

A truly extraordinary cruise. It’s also nice to see the Carnival is cracking down on the shenanigans; I noticed extra security presence to cut down on the recent fights that have been going on in recent months and even drug dogs to cut back on folks trying sneak on various forms of cannabis onto the ship. Good job Carnival and keep up the good work!

Overall I would sail celebration again. Breakfast could have had more variety but not a deal breaker.

Overall a fabulous trip in all ways that one would want. In forty cruises this one was the first time I saw the Captain inspecting the Lido deck, good for him.

We had a really great time , we were in cabin 10266, I don’t remember our steward because he didn’t have cards. We was wonderful and very great with our needs and very friendly. We also had great wait staff In restaurant Gennies , Rawa, Richard. They we very fast friendly and great at their job. I want to make sure they get the credit they deserve. Thanks Shara Savasta

Beautiful ship just a little to big for us. Was given 175.00 OBC which I never received. So I will be Checking on that. That has never happened before.

The food was great and they're were a bunch of options. The comedy was great as always. We really enjoyed the ports of call

The cruise was absolutely fabulous from the time we boarded thru debarkation. I will say, however, that Carnival's shuttle service is inarguably the WORST transport I have ever experienced. We will never again use this service. Getting to the ship from MIA, we had to wait 1.5 hours for the service, and when it arrived, it was a ragtag shuttle pulling a trailer for our bags. On debarking, we again waited nearly 2 hours, this time in the bleaking hot sun, no shade, no fans, and nowhere to sit down, because you would lose your spot in the queue if you moved. The shuttles were all being routed to FLL, while there were over 100 passengers waiting to go to MIA, among them a 91 year old lady (travelling alone) who was close to having a heat stroke. We found her a place to sit ON A LUGGAGE CART!!! It was absolutely disgusting. The Carnival rep (Salita?) was completely unconcerned and lied to our faces that there had been 6 shuttles for MIA. We were scheduled for late debarkation and there was NO shuttle after 10 o'clock until we finally got out around noon. She was also hostile and told us if we didn't like it we could call UBER. This carelessness in not scheduling the shuttles to run for the number of seats they sold is completely unacceptable, and it definitely ended our cruise on a miserable note.

Evening dining staff lead by Glenn was the best. Bagus, Room Steward, provide a very clean room and provided excellent service.

We had a great time on the cruise. The staff are excellent and very friendly. The ship layout is very poor. The center stage area is impossible to get a good seat unless you are 1.5 hours early. The elevators are small and slow, also there are not enough elevators. The food is average for a cruise ship. MDR service was slow and they broke up groups of people who had booked together. The selection in the buffet bar is minimal and the food tastes bland. Pig and Anchor was the best food on the ship. The entertainment was fantastic, the best I have seen on any of my previous cruises. Overall had a good trip. I will be cruising again just on a different ship.

Great cruise - beautiful boat - 5-star spa! Highly recommended- will be seeking out other inaugural ships.
