They need to improve. Guest services i went to because they gave my husband the wrong card the staff had horrible english and we never recieved an update if not when he went to debark the ship for an island he buzzed to which we found out he had a new card but no one ever called us.

Great ship...love the newness and the layout! The omelet station lines were painful and the only other "egg" options are some nasty scrambled boiled eggs. They need boiled eggs and then scrambled eggs. The only way to get a good egg was to wait in the 25 minute lines. Breakfast needs to change daily

Check in was crazy. Very little guidance....a free for all. Long lines for elevator. However, leaving the ship (we took our luggage) was a breeze!

Experience the whole dining experience by having breakfast, lunch and dinner in the dining room when possible. This is so much more pleasurable than lining up at the Lido buffet.

The Lido buffet closest to the very back of the ship is better, just seems prettier and more choices. Don't miss Guy's Burgers or Jimmy's BBQ

The Market place on Lido deck great place to eat if you don't feel like dressing up and the pool side movies for families was a great idea.
