I most likely won’t be cruising Carnival again. I much prefer Norwegian all around.

Overall, quite disappointing. Uncaring and incompetent management, very bland decor on ship, not enough time ashore in ports, MAJOR problems with seating/scheduling in restaurants, very poor level of musicianship from entertainers. Our group of 10-20 repeat cruisers have unanimously decided it is time to look somewhere else besides Carnival for our future cruises.

enjoyed to cruise just used to smaller ships so the wait lines were much longer which we hated the wait times they sell tee shirts and need to do the lines different, everyone just pushed and shoved and was terrible

Customer service was horrible with the Madre and photographer. The pools are too small for the size of the ship and the amount of people . Not enough activities for days that you are at sea .

I expected more on the cruise and we had had better experiences in past years. Carnivals standards are slipping a bit, not sure if we''ll sail Carnival again.

We chose this cruise to celebrate our daughter's high school graduation and our 27th wedding anniversary. She had never cruised and we had only been on one cruise about 25 years prior; also, the itinerary took us to a region we had never been before. We had a fantastic week on the Breeze! The staff is professional and attentive to every detail. The food, entertainment, shopping and ports were terrific. Thank you to the Breeze for a wonderful celebration vacation 2019!!

Overall, if you're looking for a cruise your kids will love, this ship has a lot of perks. I would never pick it for an adult cruise only. And, June was a super hot time of year to make these stops!

Overall it was a fun cruise, again our main goal was for the three 8-9 year olds we had with us to have fun. The 6 adults mostly sat in the chairs around the kid areas and visited, sunned, drank and kissed any owies that arose. This was my first Carnival cruise, I've cruised RC and Princess before. This cruise was more crowded, more hectic, just not as adult/formal as the others. I'd recommend this cruise/ship for kids, but pick another if it is just adults. One other thing......we talked the ship person into letting us take an 8 year old with us off ship that was not attached to our room. Her grandparents were following, but they were 10 minutes behind us. We had her brother on our room, so he was "legal" and they stopped us and said she'd have to wait for her people before she could leave the ship. We talked her into letting us take her anyway. I'm glad because I didn't want to wait for the late grandparents, but I'm conflicted about why attach them to a room if you aren't going to follow the rules??? We had her brother and they look exactly alike, so maybe that was it. Again I'm glad we got her off with us so we could get our day started. The kids would have been said to be separated! We were careful after that to make sure that the kids were with their people when disembarking.

Great time!!! We have cruised with several lines (Carnival, Norwegian, and Royal Caribbean) and we always come back to Carnival. The price, amenities, OBC, friendliness, etc. This ship is amazing. (although appears to be ready for a dry dock and deep clean) The staff is friendly and accommodating. We had a great time and were so sad to have it end. Will definitely cruise this ship again in the future (sooner than later)

It was a great cruise. The djs played great music, the staff had us line dancing which was so much fun. Our room was amazing. The food was amazing and our waiter Arnold is the BEST!!!

We had a fantastic time on the Breeze! FTTF was well worth it and we enjoyed the perks of the spa balcony cabin. Our location on the ship(11243) could not be beat, we were close to everything. The Hub app is a must! tells you what is going on at all times and what restaurants are open at that time. Could not access our cruise pictures through the app, however which led to some frustration when it came to narrowing down and purchasing photos. We had to go to Pixel gallery and use the i-pads. They will try to push a certain package, but I just told them what i was looking to purchase and they worked with me. Be firm! Food was very good, ports were excellent! Staff was incredible and very accommodating wherever we went. Would cruise on this ship again!

The overall first cruise experience for us- wonderful! Smooth and calm waters, great weather, clean ship, comfortable room, good food, great shows, funny comedians, great cruise director, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, staff. We also met a lot of new people. We’re definitely cruising again.

Cruise was nice. Been on 7 cruises now. Staff was nice , but seemed very stressed and had a lot on them to interact with the guests like I’m used to. They did a good job just did not have time to stop and chat. I know they have work to do , but they seemed over worked. I liked the itinerary and the ports.

Amazing staff in the main dining and the steward for our room!! Overall, this is now my preferred way to travel and Carnival will be my first choice!!

We really enjoyed our cruise. Lots of fun things to do. The only thing I wish they would change is that I wish they would give more information about the history and culture of the islands we visited. I know it's the Fun Ship, and that's fine, but when I go to other places outside of the U. S. I really like to learn more about them.
