Review summary

Overall, quite disappointing. Uncaring and incompetent management, very bland decor on ship, not enough time ashore in ports, MAJOR problems with seating/scheduling in restaurants, very poor level of musicianship from entertainers. Our group of 10-20 repeat cruisers have unanimously decided it is time to look somewhere else besides Carnival for our future cruises.

All lower-level service personnel were WONDERFUL. Upper-level management types were arrogant, snotty, and incompetent.

Ship Quality

Ship very clean and new. It just had no "wow" factor at all, the first time I've ever experienced this on a cruise ship. The decor was so generic and bland as to be virtually invisible.
