Review summary

Customer service was horrible with the Madre and photographer. The pools are too small for the size of the ship and the amount of people . Not enough activities for days that you are at sea .

The wait staff in the dinning room was great. The room stewards were not good ,we did not receive turn down service not one time. The photographers was rude and very unprofessional because we had a large group of people we were told our picture could not be taken.

The port was ok . The beach was not what we expected very poorly kept up. My son did jet skiing. We also did I tour which was terrible. We went to what they called downtown it looked like a flea market.

Did you request night service for your room? They only do once per day, either morning or night. Besides how many hotels do you stay at that gives you turn down service at night??

Sounds like cruising is not for you. The pools on any cruise ship are never large enough for all those onboard just from a size issue. We love sea days for lounging on the deck, reading a good book, taking a nap or just relaxing and looking at the ocean.
